    Customer service is good.
It's true on what other customers are saying about the banh mi. It's overpriced and nothing special.
But I can't complain though, they're the only ones open this late (they are open until 10pm) for banh mi and I've been craving it so bad. lol

Firstly, there are not a lot of options for good Vietnamese food in Union City. I did grow up in areas where I ate at pho places mostly in Oakland and San Jose areas, which has (I feel) a higher caliber of pho for cheaper prices. I think its more like 3.5 stars for beef pho. I'm okay with the bun riu. Not a fan of the chicken pho --pretty bland most of the time. The rice plate meat and/or the Vietnamese sandwich occasionally will have a very odd flavor like the grill has not been cleaned for some time so lots of other flavors are soaked up by the blackened portion of the meat. Again, only occasional. Other times its usually pretty good.

I have to say the service here is always excellent. I wish I was rating on the personality and not just food. That would be the five star.

This place is open late, which I like, but the service is a little spotty, I guess because only 2 people work there. There were about 3 people in the restaurant at 9pm but they got our order wrong.

Also what's a little weird is that the customer bathroom is in the kitchen. But the food is ok, nothing to write home about but I'll go there again. I ordered filet mignon spring rolls but we were given a different type. I also ordered the combination pho and the bun rieu, which were standard.

Love that this place closes at 11:00pm as thats pretty late for a non Asian area. Only thing is they charge $1.00 for to go orders not sure why. But I always get their bo luc luc with Red rice and let me tell u its cook perfectly Rare which i super love. I am giving this place a four out of five stars due to the togo charge which i dont like. I always order their food and have not sat inside as of yet. Overall a great viet spot in this area.

Food was really good - it took about 15-20 minutes to cook. The meat was ok. Egg rolls were the bomb! The service was great! Super friendly. It got busy around 9:30 PM. The space is sort of small so all the tables filled up.

This place will stay bookmarked - they earned my business for sure.
